All our cooking utensils are made from durable Eastern Hard Maple and Cherry, finished with a blend of mineral oil and beeswax. Wood utensils will often last a lifetime and are handed down from generation to generation by family members. Wood is also gentle on all cookware, porcelain and dishes.
We developed our line of End Grain Cutting Boards to be both beautiful and functional. Designed to protect the sharpest blades, the boards also provide stability during use and look handsome enough to keep out on the counter. These End-Grain boards feature traditional butcher-block construction, with the wood pieces oriented vertically to maximize scratch resistance and minimize impact on cutting edges.
